Upfront PR was established in 1995 in Tralee, County Kerry.

Over the past 17 years, Upfront PR  has provided  professional public relations, publicity and event management services to clients throughout Ireland. In association with carefully selected business partners, the Consultancy can also offer clients access to top brand designers; leading commercial, fashion and PR photographers and social media experts at preferential rates.

The Upfront PR team is managed by Orla Diffily who has over 20 years experience at a senior management level in the Public Relations and Event Management industry in Ireland. Prior to establishing Upfront in 1995, Orla worked as a PR Account Executive in Murray Consultants (Dublin), Setanta Communications (Dublin) and the Corporate Affairs Dept. of Kerry Group plc.

In 2008, Upfront PR opened a Model Management and People Division in response to growing demand in the Munster market for fashion/commercial models and promotional teams. Upfront PR also produce Kerry Fashion Weekend in association with Midpoint Creative.
